For death to know where to go

By DeepLoversPoet

Sew for me from those darkest of weaves
thoughts of death ride on threads of sorrow and pain
blood is shed from blades of knight.
Leaving souls to decay over night.

With tears shed for their decay
leave not without putting them in their grave
for souls are known to leap and dance if graves are no where to lot.

A stone, a name is just enough
for death to know where to go
and so these bodies are ready for their plot.

this is the first time I ever heard of death having an organized blueprint of where to go for a burial. its interesting enough. I think deaths role is for the death itself, to have him carry out a more or less funeral is like I said, interesting. I love poems about death and how he is seen or interpreted. I don't think anybody knows for certain, but what is certain is he is there, with his hour glass waiting for the thousands of souls to be harvested to their next destination. if you do the math, he never rests. its never ending for him. lol...sorry for my rambling, but you have a great poem here. I much enjoyed. awesome!
