a path for us

Religious pining
brings us not
closer to He
whom we've forgot.

Cast aside
the rule of laws
and build upon the
faith of clause.

That of which we
often follow
in desperate measure
of The most hallowed.

Opened hearts
and a tempered mind
light the path
for all mankind.
