Cathedral Windows

By Pryzm

Upon the marble alter
the rainbow dances.
Chaotic dance of life
and love.

Rippled colors shine
upon your eyes.
The setting sun
taunting your dreams.

Hope filled lustre
of a setting sun.
Slipping painfully across
a stained window.

Night brings soldiers
of protection.
Battles of hopes
and dreams.

Slip into the night
where dreams live.
Hope awaits you
at sunrise.
