Sweet Wings

By metaphormachine

At night ...

... right in the middle.

Timeless.

Bodiless, I lean against the wall.

I will shed my body ...

& feel ...

... elated.

With sweet wings ...

Free-floating ...

... waft.

Either free ...

Or permanently on the floor.
