Pity you'll burn.....

By Cant walk away

I tiptoed through the mists of heaven. On the boundaries before the streets turn gold. Standing alone with my back to the awe of her majesty. Remembrance, realization. Of what I am, and what I'm not. Wings of gold flying me gracefully to the edges of heaven and earth. Watching you all jump off the deep end. Watching you all forget. You're so far down even the blood cannot save you. The outstretched tendrils enveloping you into a world of darkness only one being could ever understand. I pity you as I watch you all fall. I would never follow. My falling days are over. Instead I think I'll fly, wrapped in the love of light. Listening to her as she sings of her great love of men. But, watching as they all burn before her feet, knowing they could have found her grace. Instead they chose to perish. Leaving us the new Eden to stand as her family, I will happily take her hand and leave this place. Leave you all behind to burn forever. Yet, she still has hope for them, they will awaken with a clap. For the love of Christ flows through our veins. So why are you still all burning? Pity, such a pity. What a waste of flesh.

...I enjoyed this walk in the mists, toward the golden streets. let the fire burn away our impurities so we may be welcomed in the heaven you describe...
