'And Then They Came - (Feat Detriment)'

By LostInDarkness

Nightfell falls as the moon rises
..Underneath..
Pains deteriorate
Into discrepancy

See indicated pale scopic; grins
..Smirking
At us and kin

Run!

As demonic creatures gather
Cunning explicit things
May happen..,
Twilight skys become dim,
Gusts of halcyon

Beasts begin their hunt
Pulsating skin
Hideous...
I flex at its shouts; screams

Let the chase begin
Hide from sight
Hope the only answer
As they could catch
Our scent

Proceeding forth
They stop..

Holy cow!
We'd better not pace
This is not what you'd call space
So breath held lightly

And hearts beating
Thoroughly out from chests
We settle the sound
To a muffling hum

Sweat drips down...

They saw us
Deep in the dark
Black cannot elude them
Nor could our smells

One swift hit
..Bodies adrift..
And mauled

Blood drips down

A very fun write - glad you were able to hook up last night - lol. Luke wasn't easy for me to write with as his style can be hard and even intimidating to match, but this flowed very nicely, congratulations - XXOO Scholar

was a little jagged in the beginning but started to flow at 2nd half onwards...some spelling issues, but overall intense and ominous, almost a sense of foreboding...-=*AK*=-
