Mother, Mother

By TornPieces

I messed up, I put my tongue in the pool of razor blades.

Blood floated into the air, that forgotten day....

.....creating pictures in slow motion.....

Each drop of blood slowly, felt its away across my chin

The sound is numb, your face raging and your hands gripped around my wrists

Mother Mother, who gave birth to me.

Mother Mother, who wrapped me in a blanket.

Now you, sacrifice my blood to the unreasonable lies.

Just because, mother mother you are

Just because mother mother is larger

You sacrifice my blood to your rage.

Mother Mother, your singing voice was once a lullaby.

Today, the stream of blood, and the invisible love lulls me to sleep.

Mother Mother, I love you.

Too bad we couldn't choose our mothers as we do friends.. but we are instead stuck with what we were given..and no matter how neglectful they are we still love them. Sick.

No bond is any stronger, like it or not, and some mothers are only breeders, sadly, cheers!
