The weight

By katlady121690

walking in this life with the weight of a thousand losses
I turn around and have no idea what the cause is.
I'm spinning and spinning, but I must not sit down
Oh god, what if they see me frown.
The world is turning grey,
But what is there to say?
I'm okay, I'm fine
Until the day that I cross that fine line.
Mistreated, abused,
for what have I been used?
No recollection of what caused that bruise.
I try to stay strong
When I have not for what I long.
Its simple its love.
The everlasting kind.
For most its the hardest to find.
Its the best, its so profound
One thing for sure, its definitely not abound.
I try my very best
Make everything jest.
One day at a time,
hope one day I'll determine I'm fine.

I also use humor to cover pain. People know not how they injure when they think they jest & some hurt purposely. DOn't ever give up on love, the cliche` is true - it will find you when you least expect it. In the meantime, you can fall in love with you - XXOO Scholar
