Black Market

By WarTorn

 Fog hazed, shivering head pain

Delayed eyelid opening, disoriented spinning space

Horrific realization, an ice stuffed bath tub

Becomes the cradle where liver less body lays

A panicked heart race, adrenaline flood rising

Adhesive strips plastered, concealing makeshift scalpel rut

Shallow breath panting, organs for the taking

Surgical thievery thriving in a black market hut

A currency compulsion for a backwoods gutter surgeon

Maniacal justifications, conscience now rot

A dollar driven demon, divider of the living

A tax collector rapist, now horrors are bought

Tomophobic twitching, stitches heal itching

Dreams constant spinning, hellish nightmares still birth

Post traumatic sleep walking, night roaming, stalking

Searching for missing pieces, scouring wretched mother earth

Saw a movie about this once, the guy woke up in Mexico minus one kidney. I thinks some kid in the Orient recently sold one for an I-phone. Great subject and on-target, thanks.

Definitely a thriving business in India, Asia and even parts of the middle east...sad, but true.
