Fast F O R W A R D

 sitting in a bar 

 

Looking back at me

        looking around

This isnt who I want to be 

liveing life on fast F O R W A R D

falling d

             o

                   w

                         n

 

waiting for the world to end

falling to my knees bagging forgiveness

 

I know now what I know then

 

I was a kid childish and foolish

 

Seeing is what I have become

trying to perfect and beautiful

 

Losing myself in the star and tears

 

all I see in the reflection of the past
