Unforgiven

By redfurrydragon

Just as that which we shared lingers on, so stays the pain of it's passing.
Those brief moments in dreams together, forever they are lasting.

To travel back to times of joy, the time we talked it through,
I would give my life right then and there if it meant no pain for you.

You hurt from guilt, your concience speaks, it says we have done wrong.
Mine says to me take heart old Dragon, for her you have searched so long.

I want you more with each setting sun, your thoughts are not your own.
They lose the battle, your heart now smitten, with the Dragon having flown.

The pain inside, continues to grow, with each passing of the night.
Yet, when your Dragon comes, and takes you in, you gladly join his flight.

Would that you wish, in your dreams forever, join the Dragon in the sky.
He would have you mount him, take hold his reins, and to forever he would fly.

His fur is red, a mane of gray, his wings spread wide to the wind.
His desire for you, consuming lust, no longer can he keep within.

His stately manner, a held high, a fire in his heart.
His only wish, for you his love, is to never be apart.

Each moon that shines, the stars in heaven, the lights that guide his way.
The path to take, he does not want, though the course he must now stay.

He must release his love so dear, the pain he must endure.
She has a hold, as no other would, her love complete and pure.

He knows his love will always be, she holds his heart with her smile.
Her plea against his breast, heart beating, never to beguile.

The Dragon shares these wants, with her his solemn love.
A match not often seen, between a Dragon and a Dove.

She says to him, Dear Dragon, our affair, it must now end.
In dreams alone can we be together, reality, we must suspend.

Our past, our future, those that are not within our control.
Our time here shared, to our best ends, a friendship to unfold.

Her words bear strength, though her eyes are wet, her lips quivering, apart.
The Dragon knows it true, with breath so thin, though his tears betray his heart.

His will quite gone, her lips so close, her scent a lasting vice.
To kiss her lips, to share her breath, for these what is the price?

A release from all I would welcome, my heart can no longer stand the strain.
A hope that is hidden in the mists, but known to be through it's pain.

My claim to her favor, the smile she once held, all hidden from my view.
Her voice, now silent, no words does she speak, all taken as a cue.

Am I to fade into twilight, wings folded and tucked below?
Her grace and presence here, no longer will bestow?

I seek not solitude nor memory, but instead your voice returned.
The starlit sky, with a crescent moon, so lonely that it burns.

Without your conversation, the worst, existance without living.
My wrongs never righted, my sins ne'er resolved, I am truly
UNFORGIVEN

If you read this, then you will know, that only in dreams it’s true.
In a library, or in your room, my words I give to you.

Speak them not, read silently on, and see it in your mind.
For when you do, it becomes quite clear, my soul it did unwind.

Our past few days, the silence a roar, a deafening in my ears.
If you speak not on this, please write at least, and calm away the fears.

A near full moon, he launches forth, spread wings into the night.
Her saddle on his back, his reins laying loose, hoping she'll join his flight.

For winter here now, the uncanny warmth, carries his hopes up high.
If only once, he could tell her again, she'd know he does not lie.

Her presence missed, her smile unseen, her eyes averting his gaze.
His red fur ruffling in the wind, stars bright, his feelings flow like waves.

With talons honed sharp, his fires stoked hot, he calls for her by name.
My love come forth and join me now, for life is not the same.

As you hear my call, your breast, it sighs, a breath so long and deep.
Your voice returns, your pulse does rise, the love you’ve come to keep.

Embrace me now and share our breath, your lips they meet with mine.
A kiss so hard, so long it lasts, a complete eclipse of time.

My fur comes loose, my wings are shed, a man before you kneels.
Your body close, your eyes they beckon, your passion my body feels.

You come to me, my arms surround, the small of your back beneath my hands.
Your scent so strong, I nuzzle within, your sex like untold lands.

I travel there, diving deep, your core erect and ready.
Accept me in, receive my love, your will so strong and steady.

Your moans, they speak, a language known, only between us two.
Your hands, behind my head pull hard, your beckoning to see it through.

As I graze within, your moisture flows, it fills my empty well.
I rise to you, to meet your lips, and share your taste and smell.

You take me back, and lay me down, “my turn” I here you say.
Your lips so moist, your grip so firm, you take your time to play.

When you are finished, your hunger gone, you share my taste as well.
An embrace between a pair not meant, a tale that’s never to tell…

Some memorable couplets here and it sounds like you were forgiven, if only in a dream. The longing was palpable, cheers RFD and well done!

Thank you Dwells...one of many cycles in the RFD legends...forgiveness is yet just another unrealized dream inside the dream...

Thank you again. Another tale of the same origin whereby hatred and loathe were given in return for friendship and love...
