Eternal Daydream

By BlackRose13

On a shooting star I prayed,
to make my dreams come true.
Little did I know ,
what a prayer could really do.

Now I can´t escape
from this eternal daydream,
Morpheus' got me hooked,
I can´t believe this yearning.

Now my life's a haze,
just a silent movie,
dreaming of the ways
to reach my wonderland.

My nights are filled with love,
and unicorns and bliss,
my days I spend longing
till I return to these.

The future's way too scary,
so I think I'll just stay still,
and let the god of dreams
do with me as he will.
