Inside Me

By addicted_angel

And I watched as you made stone out of soft and sullen soil,

Building mysteries while weaving magical touches through the fabric of my soul.

Can a person drown from that which they are made?

Is that why I can feel you so clearly though you are so long gone?

Perhaps it is I that keeps you alive inside of me

With My blood rushed veins so freshly injected.

Interesting philosophical propositions and questions in this thoughtful piece. Liking the alive through memories part best, thanks.
