little ache

By nur hidayah

little ache
muttering and chirping
like a mad girl
in a carousel dream.

i can't tell by your whispers
whether you are a tumour
or a little attempt at humour
to scare these young bones
into dying.

Unusual message and loved the back-and-forth in the second verse. In a word "worry".
