Loose Tape

By Sin Amor

I try to lose you in the passage of time.
Numerous Shallow sunsets over the blue horizon
I've given up, passion,
Torpid Unrepentance,
Obstinate avariciousness,
As apathetic as an athiests dream,
Yet, I still cannot bring myself,
To tear up these old letters,
Or throw away this box of unsent gifts.

well worded..numerous shallow sunsets..gives a repetitious feeling..of no change..lack of real acceleration ....poetically driven well..passion slipping towards greed..need for physical replenishment.. as an atheists dream.nice touch there..selfishness in the realm of higher power.juggernaut to your past but then all of a sudden it brings you down.. the unsent gifts..unread letters.. brings this to a halt.. repenting change.. great entry
