These constant [paranoias] grip this heart
Like the necrosis-covered hand
That planted these seeds
Of destruction
Long ago forgotten/extracted
From this fibrillating heart
Yet the
scars left behind
Still pack
a dynamite-lined punch
And I'm still
staggering
From the implanting
of this cephalic paranoia
This mind is what I can't seem to
trust
You
Were flawless
In your form
And these delusions of grandeur
Are tearing me [and you]
