Sin of thy Father

By Daryl Bracken

Thirteen times I hear the Bell
Born of sin into sin
Cursed to hell

He died for our sins
All but one can he forgive
So much for Salvation

God Will not forgive
The Sin of thy Father
I carry this as long as I live

Adam is thy Father
His Sin, he was decived
Now I must pay forever, Why Bother?

I find that I have been Decived
Of Sin I can never be freed
repent and to heaven I belived

My heart and soul bleed
To never know Salvation
I can never be forgiven for

The Sins of Thy Father
