morph the truth to fit your own version of reality.
By i tremble
I think that
society has
made us into
excellent
liars.
While animals have
natural camoflague,
humans have tongues
that echo fraudulence.
Exaggeration
is a twisted truth
I'm quite accustomed to,
and perhaps more
comfortable with,
on a day to day basis
than the full truth
which has teeth like needles
that prick and prod
and refuse
to stop
long after they draw blood.
