Short, sweet, and loving

By melodies revisited

"Everything will be alright"
I want to tell you at night
Though, sadly, I don't know
How our lives will go
We are but mortals here
And we both falter, my dear

When you speak curtly
And do not talk to me
I feel hurt, yet I understand
That you are just one man
No matter what either of us do
Know, my sweet, I love you

I throw my heart into it all
Until my ultimate fall
I am willing to die and live
For you, i would give
The heart still beating in my
Chest, until the day that I die
