Between the Spaces of Time
By Moonflower
As star dust spills
across
this black canvas
sparkling into a forbidden
slice of heaven
I sigh and let go of the easel
waiting to see your
irridecent
eyes
staring into the Suns blazing
rays
...and
i stand back....
immersed in the beauty
of your Saturn lined
aura
as you dance around the rings
of eternity
and i
watch
from my broken Milky Way
hoping for gravity
to
hold me here
in this moment
but i let go...
and
I fall into the waves
of cosmic balance
wading on the shores
of
Neptune's Celurean sands.
We sweep across the loving
folds of time
painting stars on the vast
canvas of
our hearts
breaking out of the circular motion
of life
in this never ending galaxy...
I see the wastelands of mars in
your eyes
and you find redemption in
my moon struck sighs...

quite the extended metaphor... it's like science meets love and spawns religion.... through art, with a brush of the classical bringing suggesting a hint of the historical.............. nice !

The parallel you made with the universe I find it quite amusing, you chose perfect words. Great work.
