The Black Suits
By DescendingDown
Strangling
plastic smiles
In a procession
of obsession
An eclipse
of spiritual unity
In the ashes
of my redemption
Wallowing
in this frequency of obscurity
My eyes see
though pulsing microbes
& atoms of
a tainted society fabric
I am the cancer
( Rotting )
Stifling
your thinking
( Suffocate
)
A seeping infection
Amongst
the droning
Of incubating feeble minds
These corporate roses smell like deception
( Corruption )
I
am a requiem for free will
Mourning freshly
sterilized thoughts
Questioning
your depraved
Ignorant ideals
Watching the numbers march in mindless conformity
A somber submission
To
the branding of your souls

Read in one breath, full on with strong emotions, I love this particular topic, I can never get enough... I loved the ending !

By far your best piece, thus far. I think it's the distant/objective voice that makes it. The last 7 lines are particularly good. +tpu+
