end of an era

By chrome arctic

And when the paper sun burns up
And motivation’s dulled the shine
Of all the things you’ve felt entitled to
I will not be one

And when time has weathered your eyes
And you’ve forgot what too look for
Of all the things you’re certain of
I will not be one
