A Million Tears

By Organized_Chaos

Stare into my eyes
As my heart grows cold
And i apologize for all the lies
I have so boldly told.

Stare into my soul
As my blood begins to spill
And remember that not everything
You see or hear can be real.

Hold my hand and help me
as my muscles begin to contract
You watch as death approaches
And i close my eyes so not to see how you react.

Your mind begins to thrive for a new home
Because without me
You will forever be alone.

For in this final hour
we will not fight
And as you lay down
You pillow will be stained with a million tears tonight.
