Grimace with pain
Shed a tear and laugh

They can’t seem to look away
From their reflection in the mirror
But your looking glass is shattered
From never ending fear
You gave them your heart
They devoured it so
You’re just playing the part
‘Cause you’ve nowhere to go
A different mask for everyday
Keeps their questions far away
To see the girl behind your eyes
They’d have to see beyond the lies

The mirror...I'd say honest reflection is what I love but, honesty in general suffices. Although sometimes it is nicer to wear a mask just to get people to f*ck off. Excellent work *tips hat*
