"I liked this piece very much, especially the notion "For creatures of great love Must likewise be of great despair..." I agree with that sentiment. It brings to mind a CS Lewis quote that went something like to be completely safe and never feel heartbreak, you have to cut yourself of from others and never be vulnerable...but if you do that, you also remove your ability to live and love, because for those things to exist, there has to be a chance taken that you will be hurt. Not the exact quote, but a close approximation. Anyway, I enjoyed this piece and am sorry I missed it when it was first posted. Ciao, T/S"
