- "Asking for help is incredibly difficult, even impossible for some people, so different tactics need to be used to cope, whatever those may be. If you tell yourself you can't lose, you won't lose, you have already won, then you can never fail no matter the outcome because the truth is that because of your effort and will power you did in fact succeed, if you tell yourself you can't break free, or that you can't change, then you have already lost, because you defeated yourself. I hope that doesn't happen, your work is really good, and I think you will only get better."
