admiration
By Mord
Seraphim smooth and white, why are you saddened so,
With downy wings that brush the ground
hanging heavy with winter snow.
Upon your knees you pray your plight,
With a holy vigilance within,
On your shoulders slumped wings do fight against past mortal sins.
Yet guard you do my mortal doom,
To be released unto this hallowed moon,
I thank you for your prayer tonight.

Although I don't think that I believe in what you believe, I can say that this is an absolutely exquisite piece. Very beautiful.

i enjoyed this. it plays a story of a madman torturing his mom and being oblivious of it. still she prays. 669
