Me, Myself, and I

By AnarKoRn

Empty soul, strong mind
One who feasts on human kind
Taking pleasure with the pain
Eating flesh, corrupting brain
Rotten blood runs through the stem
Finding friends destroying them
Little one so full of pride
Hide the vicious beast inside

On the outside or so he seams
Full of happiness and dreams
He looks like he can make it out
And whole world will hear his shout
He’s so cold to all the others
Except the few he can call brothers
Even they can’t see it all
And they least expect a fall

I hate who I’m supposed to be
I hate the way they’ve treated me
I left those I don’t belong with
I found a place where I can live
I love the hunt, the sacred kill
I am paid to have that thrill
I used to hide in my pretension
I am someone they now fear to mention

I can never rhyme like this, when I try it seems so contrived. Well done. ~ wen
