Love

By XxSinkingDarknessxX

You see that tear fall from her eye
You know it was him
Even when she incest it’s not; though tearful eyes
You know her better than anyone in the world
You feel her hurt, her pain and share in her excitement
You wish you could reach out and touch her
To wipe away that tear
And wrap her up in your arms and never let her go
So she could never be hurt again
Though it’s never seemed that way
You know she has been yours from the start
Even if it was never spoken
You want so much to have her tell you she loves you
And even though she says every day
You don’t know it’s truly from her heart
She can’t let you know, she can’t let anyone know
Even herself because she’s was never one
To truly believe that the grass was greener on the other side
And would never risk any thing for everything
Even if it meant everything that she has been looking for all along
Even if that meant everything she ever needed.
Wanting to engulf her in your arms and never let her go
So that the tears would never be possible again
Though you know she will never truly be yours
And that her soul and body will always been a vivid memory in your mind

How incredibly depresing. The whole aspect of knowing she's yours, but she's unwilling to take the risks... Just something that feels warm and familiar inside me. The things people are capable of holding within themselves amazes me sometimes.
