Everybody knows that "apart" and "heart" go together,
in a song about the weather, where I,
compare your eyes to the stars.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that eyes goes with lies,
love undisguised and cloudy skies,
it's all about the weather.

I say, where'd that chill in the air come from,
it seems kinda sudden, since we're still in the summer,
I think it's getting colder, but I guess that's just the weather.

Remember that time I compared your lips
to the petals of a flower?
Well, I think they've frosted over.

But your eyes are still like the stars in the sky,
just a little bit duller, and they seem just a little bit further, away.
But hey, I'm just talking 'bout the weather.

You had a list of reasons, but when you say "reason", I hear "treason"
I guess love is out of season.

And I compare my tears to rain,
