Reality In A Dream State

Lately I’ve been so tired
Fighting a nightly battle
To stay awake
Thinking to myself
“I’m a night owl
Why am I having
To put up such a fight
To stay awake?”
is anything I see or hear real?
I don’t know
It all seems like
An endless illusion
Reality in a dream state
This is what I feel
Getting sleep
In the day and at night
Though it still
Doesn’t seem like
Its ever enough
Will I ever feel energy again?
I wonder if I will
Seeing here I dose off
Into my own little world
Nothing seems real
It all seems like
I’m living in
My own imagination
In an everlasting dream state
