Lost Hope Warning

By Poisoned Perfection

Seems like things cant go my way once
I try not to reveal my hopes
Or jinx them both
But its in my head
Infecting the slim chance
Maybe it'll play out my way

Someone in hell somewhere
Has got me High on their list
Constantly compromising
stealing my wit
Dealing out shit
Making sure I dont get it

Maybe its silly
Thinking this way
But the the warning is this:

Dont let the demon in the corner know
What you're hoping for
