The Flame Still Burns

By Krusifire

Sitting here I watch the time go by.
Watching the world thru empty eyes.
I wait for the time to come when I.
Can see you again.
I remember a long time ago.
When my father told me son...
You can't let go.
I pray that the clouds will soon clear.
So I can see you standing there.
They never told me that the light always shines.
At the end of the tunnel.
So don't be afraid.
They never told me that the light always burns.
When your in trouble just call my name.
Sitting alone here in my room.
Thinking of times I spent alone with you.
If you only knew how much you meant.
Your a part of my life I know I'll never forget.
Remember when you fell right into my arms.
I promised you then I'd never do you no harm.
Lifes not the same since the night that you left.
I love you today till I take my last breath.
They never told me that the light always shines.
At the end of the tunnel.
So don't be afraid.
They never told me that the light always burns.
When your in trouble just call my name.
