(Perhaps this is the truth)

By Soulseeker

To hold a heart....
takes absolute trust...
To break a heart....
the bubble must bust....

So with this being said I will now scream:

A crule, sad world is the relaity of my life...
nothing is how I dreamed or how I planned..
What is the point of hopes and dreams
if we are ment to stand helplessly by
and watch them wither and die?
The are filling our mouth with dust,
dust of our lives
until we choke slowly and fade ourselves into
the nothing that we are......
that we have ALWAYS been......

For the record the first lines are what made me think of the rest.... Something I am going through I guess... Hell! I'm just a kid *wink*

Perhaps we are as the line goes: "from ashes to ashes, dust to dust." But despite our origins or our final destination, we exist through life. Plans go astray, dreams aren't always achieved, but we exist.

The trick is learning how best to react to such pitfalls. I'm figuring that one out myself. ;) Very honest write, altogether - keep it up! :) ~L

interesting expresson--I can relate to the introspective themes you are focusing on here--I dont really get how the beginning ties in--but the second stanza is very powerful
