Painted secrets
By whispers in the night
The dawn of the night
Brings the calming rain
Covering your thoughts
Your lingering pain
Your secrets are painted against the endless perse sky
Whisping in tears, thrashing in mystery
Coming from the deepest corners of your mind
As each droplet of water starts to fall
You find your soul start to call
For your painted secrets
Your many painted secrets
I can see you are hiding things from the world
As you spin in the rain
With every step, every twirl
The puddles of your painted secrets
Are scattered across the ground
That’s now the only place to drown
Your painted secrets
Your many painted secrets
Lightning streaks across the night sky
Revealing your honey shaded, tiger eyes
You are so much more than what others see
But you have just that one voice
That doesn’t want to be
Another painted secrets
Of your many painted secrets

"Honey shaded tiger eyes" was cool... made my mouth water... maybe I'm just hungry. Still cool, though. Nice write - I like how you use rhyme, but don't force it to exist.
