Waving Good-bye
By Soulseeker
I thought I loved everything about you until today,
when I finally analyzed the stupid shit you say.
You filled me up with false hope,
but I was honest down to every smile to every note.
I finally realized that it doesn't matter,
and that seeing you would only make me sadder.
Now it's time for me to move on,
nothing will ever change the fact that you are gone.
THere's no need to cry over what you took,
after it all you are still the bitch in my book.
You taught me a lesson and that's a positive thing,
and I'll wake tomorrow only to sing.
Trust and love broke like glass,
and you'll remain a part of my past.
It's just too bad you couldn't see,
excactly how fragile love could be.
This will be the last time I write about you,
afterall you said we were through.
I'll take it as a lesson learned
and my heart will heal from being burned.
I no longer care about ANYTHING that pertains to you,
and I suggest you learn to feel the same too!
Yeah, I lovED you, but now I am done
and I am strong enough to face it instead of run.
The trust, love, and friendship are gone,
and I'll be content knowing I was right and you were wrong.
So have a nice life, this is me waving good-bye,
and this time you really can't make me cry.
FUCKING PISS ANT!!!!!

I have a few of these poems too. Seems like a simmular relationship to the one i once had. Every thing you once held so tight "the trust, love, and friendship" are not even worth the memory anymore. im liking you.
