I am alone
Constantly surrounded by people
Yet completely alone
They talk to me
I don't hear them
I cannot hear them
I wonder if I have ever heard
Being completely shut off
For I have branded myself alone

Yet alone I stand
And alone I break
Wrapped in that blanket
The blanket named lonliness
My only friend
Forever on my own
Always alone

Alone and bitter I will stand
Bitter at the world
A world that doesn't care
Filled with people that don't care
