choking on the wires
your lies are hanging on
that dreaded sun is dead and gone
my stream-lined face still can’t stand
your winded breath of deceit
caught up on the air-foil limbs of this body
these eclectic diversions of yours
destined & designed
to destroy & turn to rubble
all of what we had
this time
