Won't Give In

By Despairing Eyes

Stare me down and criticize
All my ways and my life
Hold me down and desensitize
All my dreams and my mind
Hold me back and slow my pace
Block my road and cover the way
So I can't make it through the day
Cover it up with your lies
Worship a false god in my eyes
Show me facist and racist ideals
Judgement is coming we must appeal
To our needs and pain we feel
Bow down, no I refuse to kneel
To a god who loves to kill
All my hope while waiting till
I lose my reason and worship him
