Lady death asks for a kiss

By Paul Young

Tonight, I'm all alone
Just laying in my bed
The room is darker than
The voices in my head

I lie to myself
I say that I'll be OK
That I will be happy
I'll be fine someday

But the voices speak
The darkness of my life
Always whispering
For me to grab the knife

I hear the voice of death
Saying to drag the blade across my wrist
I don't want to listen when
Lady death asks me for a kiss

Great write here, not a good place to be, alone with the lady of death.. she kissed herself, and now she wants to kiss everyone...well done here on your write. Just remember, in times of darkness, listen with your heart, not your mind, and your heart will tell you, it's not the darkness that tourments us, but the thoughts . Agsin great write...13......

Chills. That's what I got. Like you were reading MY mind. This is great. And she is a temptress, don't listen to her

Oh how pretty she is and her lips so sweat. But her lingering after taste is haunting and most definitely regrettable because her irreversible practice is permanent. Don't let her into your life friend. Great write
