Lies the misery of our births

Walk the steps
Into this mist of darkness
Walk a bit farther
And we’ll take your breath
Enter the veil unawares -
The worm of the gods
Close your eyes
Seeing other worlds
Follow the shadows leading there
 
Serpents woven around our spines
Biting us with their poison of death
Show me a life
And I’ll bring you a death
Follow the path
When you close your eyes
If you go yet beyond
Stillness in your breath
Come within the mysteries
The way of the gods
Open your mind
And there you’ll be
The gods of nine, gods of history
 
In the primordial chaos of time
They came with Eden in their veins
A Paradise from God
Corrupting man with its lies
Live forever more
But tomorrow you’re gone
When your pulse begins to fade
Come see the other side
Welcomed within the light
Enlightening your psyche
To the truth of the gods
To the thrones of Nine
And then you'll see
The Nine creators eternally shall be
