Hope in the Wind

By felicity0444

Hope
Hope is a wish
Nothing but a dream
Dreams are deceptive
visions of the unconscious.
Fantasies of reality.
Tangible reality will always fail
to live up to improbable expectations.
Hopes blow in the wind
to far off places
Where dreams are made.
And Hope disappears how it began.
A speck in the distance,
the spark in one’s eye,
as the night sky glitters the
dead stars light.
