Desolate By Choice

By Nightmare

. . : : I think I have done better work, I might work on this more : : . .

The night descends without sound,
Recollecting the loneliness
Illumination of which your lust flares
Energy all around
Then dies.
Crushed by regret
All hope must surely perish
Nothing to say that justifies.

Your heart desires no more
Relinquished from your life
Thoughts confined
No contemplation of the one you adore

Shattered emotion
Because of your disaffection..
