Sickened Mind

By WinglessFaith

In this sickened mind
No beauty will you find
Blond with blue eyes
A mask to her twisted lies
For beneath the surface me she consumes
Aching to be real
Still I choose to conceal
She is not ready for love
From here or above
Her every decision
Causes an internal collision
She wants it all to end
Gone is her will to mend
Puppeteering from behind
Her existence I mind
One day I'll cut the strings
And try to fly without wings

Sounds like dissacoiative personality disorder or even multiple personality disorder! Very metaphorical account of the hidden parts inside us all. Good work!
