Stuck in my brain

By vicimineo

What are these words
that are stuck in my brain,
They rumble and tumble
and drive me insane.

Silent they whisper
then loudly they shout,
Please let us be free
let us all out.

Take up you pencil
take up your pen,
Put us on paper
write us and then...

There will be calm
there will be peace,
There will be silence
just give us release.

So I take up my pencil
I take up my pen,
I put them on paper
I write them and then...

I sit back in silence
and start to feel sane,
But then these damn words
they start over again.

They say insanity is doing the same thing expecting a different outcome; quite contrary to madness 😉 Keep writing vicimineo, as a creative I can't help but relate.
