Have you met the devil?

By TheDeadOne

Sold your soul to the devil.
I have tried.
Havent met the devil till you have died.
So much pride but still not really alive.
Have you met the devil, put life aside.

Life rehearsed, death cant be so much worse.
Have you met the devil, so preverse.
Hes in me see me at my worst.
Have you met the devil, yes I have of course.

He offered me this and I said ill give all that I can.
Have you met the devil, I bet you could not stand.

Standing alone the devil has me a plan.
He said to do it, do it while you can.
Have you met the devil, evil as I am.
Make friends with the devil you wouldnt like who I am.

At the crossroads standing all alone,
but for some odd reason I feel right at home.
Devil calling out to me, I reconize the tone.
He doesnt want to take me, I will claim his throne.

Have you met the devil, If so you are lucky.
Because If you met me you would wish he would show.
