Simplicity
By Constantly Connie
An apple's such a simple thing
An easy thing to draw,
Yet nuances too numerous,
Appear as little flaws.
To draw something so simple
Isn't easy then at all.
Sometimes the most
Complex of things.
Look oh so simple too.
Till the perspective of its holder
Obscures the light
To view.
Not noting the importance
Of what we really see,
Until the opportunity
Ceases to be.

You really did capture the essence of those hidden details oh-so-often overlooked... Good write, thank you!
