Playing with Hearts

By letitbe

The show is about to begin!
Lift the curtains, Learn your lines!
It's a sad tale that repeats itself time and time again.
A boy steals a girls heart
A girl falls harder than before
Somewhere along the lines, feelings are fierce
Rejection is feared
Hearts are given away like candy
Words are carelessly thrown around
Hearts are breaking like glass and the noise is deafening
Time is a ticking bomb and life,
Life becomes harder than before.
Come on Boys and Girls!
Its time to decipher fact from fiction and see where loyalties are.
