Precarious Imbalance

I wear
my fuzzy socks
slipping on the ice
my kaleidoscope mind
stirring starry thoughts
flitting, fluttering ideas
in nebula nerves
imagination descending
like leaves in the fall
the beating of wings
a flurry of shadows
desperately calling for life
painfully screaming for loveĀ
