Nothingness, Something, Nothingness
By cadymae
This is perfect. Right now.
Poised between fantasy and fucked-up-ness.
Reality never surpasses your dream of it.
You fail to
add in the smell of sadness and the tinge of regret
...and the telltale signs of another woman.
Reality, however,
never forgets that black is the color of the out-line.
You fit
your happiness inside the black framework of non-existence.

Tantalising piece. Your work should be in a collection, your very own book of poetry. A collection of written gems.

There might be something there after your body dies, but since your wetware, that that is your brain, which holds all your memories and your personality will be rotting in the grave, you won't be aware of what's there. Similar to the way there is a nothingness for a dementia patient when they see what used to be their beloved child.
